We want you to love your Oh Polly items, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene seals still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit with a bonus, or an exchange for a different size.
Package and Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging and attach the label to the outside.
Drop It Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt so we can monitor your return's progress.
